Homes by WesternWestern has an extensive background in a wide range of building techniques from  panelised to modular construction. We work on small projects such as single bedroom modular homes for residential dwellings to more complex multi-storey homes.

Manufacturing In-house Excellence

Homes by Western is able to meet demanding deadlines with consistent quality by manufacturing the following building components in-house, offsite to speed up the construction process:

  • Aluminium and PVC doors and windows – all manufactured with the highest quality materials and provide A Rated performance level.
  • Staircases, door linigs, skirting
  • Internal walling systems
  • Bedroom furniture, kitchens and storage units.
  • Internal doorsets

Timberframes

In-house timberframe department that constructs frames for residential and commercial projects. Complex timberframe units are manufactured off-site and delivered to the project location and fitted at the site. Timberframe sections, trusses and panes can be completed with all fixtures off-site to increase the speed of construction.

Our showroom allows us to showcase the materials and finishes available to our customers. Our team can manufacture and fit all furniture to deliver a full turnkey service for customers.
