PVC Residential Doors
Our residential doors can be produced in a wide range of styles and finishes including a smooth surface in white or various colours and woodgrains with either an outward or inward opening facility. Doors can be either glazed with safety glass or thermally insulated panels are manufactured to the customer specification. The doors also boast a multi locking system for exceptional security and are fitted with a low threshold to ensure safe and easy access. White, black, chrome or gold lever handles are available, along with a slim line or larger letterbox. A choice or knocker, number or spy hole is also available on request.
PVC Commercial Doors
Western offers a new GRP composite doorset range with patent pending features developed by NEW WORLD DEVELOPMENTS, Ireland’s leading PVCu door panel manufacturer. With a grain as lifelike and warm as timber and all the thermal, durable and security advantages of modern materials, our composite door looks good, keeps in heat and performs to the most stringent standards.
With a double rebate, double – sealed construction using PVCu, GRP and reinforced with aluminium, the composite doorsets contain no wood and will not rot, bow, warp, crack, swell or shrink. The composite doorsets have a robust aluminium sub-frame and rigid polyurethane injected core ensuring substantial resistance to intruders. The doors also have a patent pending glazing system with unparalleled protection and a safety is reinforced with multi-point high security locking mechanisms and discreet unassailable hinges.
PVC French Doors
Our French doors can be made either outward or inward opening. Requirements for restricted opening and safety doors can also be accommodated in the designs. They are compatible with the rest of our window and curtain walling systems and can come with standard or low thresholds.
The appearance is a smooth surface in white or various woodgrains. Doors are split generally equally, though unequal splits are possible. Sightlines can be adjusted to suit existing fenestration.
PVC Sliding Door
Our in-line patio doors come in 2, 3 or 4 panel options.There are two options for our patio doors:

In-line facilitates the construction of multi-light doors – 2, 3 or 4 pane – if required. Patio doors can be in a smooth white appearance or various woodgrains or colours. Doors are manufactured to customer specification. A wide range of locking mechanisms are available for both tilt & slide and in-line patios. Standard hardware comprises multi-point locking system, ventilation, restrictors and anti-slam devices.
