Commercial Doors

Western Windows offers a range of single or double action hinged, pivot or rebated doors opening in or out This system may be fitted individually or as part of multi-entrance shop fronts or office screens. The pivoted doors are hung on closers concealed in transforms with hinged doors hung on pivot hinges.

Pivoting doors can accommodate a wide range of operating hardware including under floor closers, panic bolts and automatic closer mechanisms Design appeal is assured with a choice of rail and stile sizes offering creative scope, and square-cut rails, which produce almost invisible joints. We also offer a door finger guard system, to prevent any incidents. Part of our commercial door range is the Stormframe door. Stormframe ST Thermally Broken Door and Framing system features a polyamide thermal break which, as well as offering dual colours means the door is capable of achieving a U vlaue of 2.2 W/m2K.

Rebate Doors

We manufacture a range of single or double, open in or open out doors. Suitable for both the domestic and light commercial markets, the rebate door can be used to achieve both traditional and contemporary styling.

Options include:
• Internal or external glazing; standard or ‘softline’ frames
• Standard, heavy duty or cathedral hinges
• Weather rated low threshold cill option
• Unique polyamide strip with full depth Eurogroove
• Will couple to casement systems as well as curtain walling

Folding Doors

Our folding doors offer maximum opening with minimum intrusion, in a smooth sliding folding action, coupled with slim sightlines and true dual colour options. The doors are designed to carry the weight of the panels on high strength stainless steel bottom wheels, allowing the top rollers to guide the panes as they slide. This reduces the reliance on the lintel above and thus enhances the smooth sliding action.

Easy-glide stainless steel wheels not only offer smooth operation but are also totally obscured from view once the door is closed, whilst the standard outerframe means that floor coverings can be fitted right up to the sill making the visible threshold height very low. The doors can be fully operated from outside as well as inside. Oopen in or out door sets are available in 3 to 7 pane doors and can be designed to slide either to the left or right to suit the project requirements.

Sliding Doors

The Confort 125 is a thermally insulated sliding and lift-sliding system that is durable, stable and robust. The system is available in a 1, 2 and 3 rail version and a 6-leaf door is perfectly feasible. With a maximum vent weight of 240kg for the sliding and 300kg for the lift-sliding version, large glazed areas are easily attainable
